1. How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can click the link below to track the logistic information of your order. The tracking page will be updated to reflect the real-time location of your order.

2. How long will the order take to arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: The processing time is separate from the shipping time. We typically take 2–5 business days to prepare your products before shipping. However, some items may take 5-7 business days to process due to stock availability limitations. We will ship to the address you entered before you pay, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you want to change the address, please contact us at support@zaitun.com within 12 hours.

Shipping time: Generally, for Global Shipping, it will take 10-22 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.

US Domestic Shipping: it will be delivered in 3-7 business days for most US. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that US Domestic Shipping is only available for products in the [US LOCAL] Collection.

3. Why is my order taking so long to ship?

If you have not received the package for a long time or the logistics information has not been updated, please contact our customer service center by email: support@zaitun.com

We will make every effort to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

4. Why haven't I received my order when my package has been delivered?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Double check the delivery address on your order is correct.
2. Ensure that your package wasn’t picked up by someone else or delivered to a different location outside your property.

5. Why is there no tracking update?

As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is in transit, cleared by local customs, and entry is granted into your country. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently! Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see your tracking updates.

6. Why did I only receive part of the order?

Due to overweight or stock reasons, we will divide some orders into several packages for shipment, you will receive the remaining items in the next few days.

7. Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

Your order is overweight due to too many items or contains pre-order products. For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages. And we will give priority to the items in stock so that you can receive them as soon as possible. We will also ship out the remaining products as soon as they are in stock.

8. Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

Generally, customers doesn't need to pay customs or duty fees. For orders from Europe, due to policy constraints, shipments will be delivered with duties and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer.
